We Want You to Fall in Love with Your Special Piece!

At pickioshop, we pour our hearts into every custom lace sign. We understand that wedding planning can be stressful, and we want to make your experience as smooth as possible.

1. 30-Day Peace of Mind (Standard Policy)

We are happy to offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package. If you’ve simply changed your mind or the style doesn’t fit your theme, you are welcome to send it back to us.

2. A Gentle Reminder on Custom Pieces

Since each Custom Lace Sign is uniquely printed with your names, dates, and personal stories, these items are truly one-of-a-kind.

• If the error is ours (e.g., a typo or wrong lace style), we will rush a replacement to you at zero cost, or offer a full refund.

• If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed wedding theme or “not as imagined”), please understand that we cannot resell a sign with your names on it.

3. International Return Shipping

To keep our product prices affordable for all brides, the buyer is responsible for the international return shipping costs and any associated customs fees.

Tip: International shipping from your location back to our studio can be quite costly (often exceeding the price of the sign itself). We highly recommend double-checking your dimensions (100 *200 cm or 150 *75 cm)and text spelling before we head to print!

4. Small Variations, Big Beauty

Our signs are made of delicate vintage-style lace and sheer mesh. Slight variations in the lace pattern or minor creases from shipping are part of its ethereal charm. Simply hang it up 48 hours before your big day, and it will drape beautifully!
