At Pickio Shop, we pour our hearts into every veil and bridal accessory we create. We understand that wedding planning can be stressful, and we want to make your experience as smooth as possible.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your package, for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition (tags attached, no makeup, perfume, or fragrance marks, original packaging intact). If your veil hasn’t been the right fit for your look, you’re welcome to send it back for a refund or exchange.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Some of our pieces (e.g., custom embroidery, personalized length, or made-to-order designs) are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned for personal preference reasons once production has started.

• If the error is ours (e.g., wrong design, wrong color, or a defect), we will offer a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment required in most cases. Simply send us a photo of the issue.

• If you’re unsure about size, length, or color before ordering, please contact us first — we’re happy to help you choose the right option.

3. Return Shipping

For non-custom items returned due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all costs and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Tip: International return shipping can sometimes cost more than the item itself. In most cases, we can resolve issues with photos alone — no need to ship anything back.

4. Handmade with Care

Each veil is made with delicate lace, tulle, and embellishments by hand. Slight variations in lace placement, floral details, or minor creases from folding during shipping are part of its handmade charm — these are not considered defects. Gently steam or hang your veil 24-48 hours before your big day for the best drape.
