Thank you for choosing our custom sandal uppers. Each upper is made to order based on your selection, so please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Custom Products

All pattern uppers are produced to order. Because of this, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than a quality issue once production has begun.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

We will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund if:

  • The item has a quality defect (e.g., peeling glue, split stitching, loose or missing studs, missing print areas, or significant color defects)
  • The pattern, style, or size you received does not match your order confirmation
  • The item was damaged in transit or the wrong item was sent

3. Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Change of mind, personal preference, or styling concerns
  • Slight color variations caused by screen display differences
  • Wrong size, style, or pattern selected at checkout
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Requests made after the return window has closed

4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and accessories.
  • We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. In all other approved cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Please do not send any item back until our support team has confirmed your request.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within [3–5] business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge before production begins.
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

8. Color and Size Notes

  • Actual colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen due to display settings and printing processes. This is normal.
  • Please check our size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.
